Hm, this is a question that is really impossible to answer. If you're asking which is more powerful, than the PS3. If you ask which will be the most likely to succeed, there's no real way of knowing. The Xbox was more powerful than the PS2, yet it sold better. And the 360 has some really great games available now. Now, the PS3 has in no way lost the console war, but the only really great game available is Resistance, and the only games I see that will be good in the future is MGS 4, Heavenly Sword, and several others that I cannot think of their names at the moment. Also, the graphics on some 360 games look better than the 360 (Fight Night Round 3) while some 360 look better than PS3 (Compare Gears of War to Resistance. Both great games, but big difference in graphic quality.)
