is anyone useing a hdmi cable on there PS3 and if so what name brand is it i bought a Philips HDMI cable and i cant get it to play on mt PS3

Castdogg 12-29-2006, 05:20 AM is anyone useing a hdmi cable on there PS3 and if so what name brand is it i bought a Philips HDMI cable and i cant get it to play on mt PS3 Castdogg 12-30-2006, 07:34 AM never mind i got it i called Sony and he walked me threw it REDLION25 01-22-2007, 04:37 PM i believe you have to hook up the PS3 with the regular composite yellow(orange) cable, also hook up the HDMI cable, and then go into the settings and change the output to HDMI.
