Game develepors have got to learn that great graphics don't sell games.

I mean, look at EA Sports. Almost all of there sports games had great graphics, but had only a few game modes. And they're selling them for $10 more. WTF?

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2006:

The current gen games had 14 courses and many game modes.

The 360 had 6 and most of the modes were taken away.:mad:

Madden 06:

The current gen had John Madden, many game modes like SuperStar Mode, and you could challenge calls.

The 360 had no John Madden, only head-to-head and franchise mode, no SuperStar mode, so no training camp, and you CAN'T CHALLENGE PLAYS!:mad:


The only good sports game were NBA 06 and Amped 3.

360: has 72 teams and missing several modes.

Fifa for 360 did suck, alot. It was definatly a step backwards for the franchise. The graphics were great but thats it.

Yah I didn't really get what he was tryin to say there but maybe he meant, hmm im tryin to figure it out. Na giova is wrong, the comp always wants to beat you but if the comp is better than you itll win and worse than you itll lose.

Dont worry curlfro about the sports games, they just seemed rushed for the 360 launch. But im sure that the sports games will be alot better next year.

Im sure that they will get better. I really dont like sports games though. Just tennis games and the very ocasional hockey game.

Im a basketball fanatic, but my favourite part of the games arent playing it, its the franchise modes and the off season stuff.

well, it turns out i was wrong. nba 06 sucks. there's no multi-season dynasty mode, mini-games, fantasy drafts, dunk contests, creat-a-team feature, and player-specific superstar conrols.

In NHL 2k5 i could play hockey in the desert and in NFL fever 2004 I could play football on an aircraft carrier.

played madden 06 for x box 360 but only the demo at wal mart haha. as far as graphics it is great for a sports game compared to anything that has came out yet, but thats got to be expected of the 360. not sure what the actual full game is like but i agree with u on the lack of sports games for the 360...or any games for that matter.

Madden 360 was decent, but the Madden games in general are getting old and tired. I hope they mix it up a bit next year.

I bought Madden with my 360, when I got it, and I was thoroughly disappointed because of the Superstar mode and everything being taken out. I know that they were hurrying it because of Launch but hell I would've preferred my Madden 06 for the XBoX and a wait then a Madden 06 - 360 and the lack of a game it gave us. Although I still enjoy it.

i think you're the only one here looking foward to any of EA's sports franchises now. Expecially since they have the NFL license. Now, they can make Madden as crappy as they want to without having to worry about the competition.

If you're a die-hard football fan like I am, then you should know that I'm not the only one looking forward to the '07 game. I love football, I dont' care how sh*tty a game is, I'm going to play it. I ran 4 seasons on Madden 06 for 360, and it didn't bother me at all. Yeah I didn't like how everything was taken out of it but I'm a true sports fan, so a few little screw-ups won't hurt my feelings towards it. People make mistakes, and they will correct the mistakes they made in order to get it up and running fo the next one.. Trust me, they're pretty good about making sure people are happy with their product.
