There will be two versions to be released, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and another which is still nameless. Needless to say, they will both be coming to the PlayStation 3.
Modern Warfare surrounds fighting in today’s age all over the world as a team of soldiers who’s mission is to combat terrorism. Modern Warfare's theme surrounds prevention terrorists from releasing chemical weapons. The game player will be an iatrical part of a US Marine task force, or a British SAS Member racing the clock from the North Atlantic, to Eastern Europe, to the Middle East, your job is to stop the terrorist who are loyal to a Middle Eastern terrorist dictator.
This game will also feature deformable environments, where you can kick down and blow up doors, or take it to another next level with destructible walls, roads, buildings, and bridges. do you feel like blocking a door with a tank? Well it can be done as well.
The other version of Call of Duty which is still unnamed will bring gamers back to WWII's Normandy assault, fighting Nazi’s to the death. American and British forces are joined by Canadian troops, Polish tanks, and French freedom fighters pushing towards Frances capital of France. No menu screens and you have the ability to choose your own approach on the mission.
