Well, you can get Imageready CS2 for free when you download the Photoshop CS2 trial.

Just go to download.com and look up animated gif and it gives u tons

OR go to demanoid.com and get CS3 for free is the best :D

Even though thats illegal lol. I use Microsoft GIF animator. It sucks and makes the quality crappier.

The torrent sites are not illigal actually is a shere from one user to another.I use torrents often to make something or to shere programs and softwere, movies too or other things that i have.Is very helpful if you don't have something to download it from torrent site.So you can try it is fun actually.The best soft for made an animations is Flash.But you can made in Photoshop too :D

Well torrents are not illegal but the content of them may be illegal, like photoshop, etc. But it looks cool.

Actually, if all you want is an animator, than just d/l the Photoshop demo. After the 30 you get to keep Imageready free. It's one of the better programs I've worked with.

Yeah is a part of Photoshop but i am not shure that if you don't have Photoshop the imageready will work. I always work with photoshop and the new one has imageready in it but never try to use it alone not in photoshop did you try it? :)
