hello yall i am new to this whole forum thing and i have looked around at a couple different ones and found i fit in this one better than any... heres my situation: my damn dog knocked over a cup of cool aid on one of my ps3 controllers and i took it apart to dry it out well there is one part that is giving me hell and i cant figure out where it goes... it is a T shapped piece which has points on each of the ends and is connected in the middle of the piece by a circle... it just popped out and i couldnt tell ehre it came from... i think it came off the D pad but im not 100% sure can anyone help me before i take my other one apart to check and be stuck with 2 useless controllers... any help would be appreciated... thanks

hey thanks for the help but i already checked that post which is why i started looking for another one to find out more... he said he got help from another post on that site but for some reason i couldnt find it... i have spent the better portion of this morning trying to find it and figured id try and post on a different site... thanks again ill post if i find it and get it back together...

oh im sorry i dont know where to look from there and im afraid of taking apart my controller right now, but to my knowledge

hey i got some help and figured it out where the piece goes... it goes on the d pad like i thought...

oh ok cool, because eventually im going to mod my controller.
