Maybe you could pm the qualified people 2 days before the raffle saying "Do you agreee to have your name put in the raffle?" That would weed out the inactive members and I think 2 days is plenty of time to respond to that.

Hey, not a bad idea. I think it should be a longer time frame though...like a week...because I know that sometimes I get busy, and can't get on computer and check them forum for a few days at a time. But I think it's a good idea, because like you said, it's not really fair for people who came here and posted a lot for a couple of weeks, to then win the raffle several months later. They probably even forgot about it!

It will be exactly that. All the names will go into a box, if you have 14 entries, there will be 14 pieces of paper with your name on it in the box.

Let me just say I appreciate whoever will be writing our names on all those pieces of paper for ONE drawing! :)
