For those of you who don't know, there is 2 versions of MGS 3: Subistance. The regular one which has 2 disks, and the director's addition (which is 10 bucks more) has 3. the last disk has a MGS 3 movie; a compilation of all the cutscenes and additional scenes to fill in the gaps were you play the game, so a person who never played the game knew exactly what was going on.)

And here's my question; is the director's edition worth the 10 extra dollars? I want to show some of my friends and relitives the movie so they can see games actually have a story, and isn't just a bunch of gore, rocket launchers, and naked woman.

The special edtion is worth it. Not olny did they throw in an extra disc but they also added stuff to the game. Definatly pick up the collectors edtion.

it's supposed to be excelent. it is it's own form of online, not like anything before. it really feals like its MGS online, and not just some random online part slapped on.

keep looking, dont just settle for the normal version. Its good but the SE is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooo much better.

man, this sucks. :mad: i guess next i'll try gamestop.
