So I managed to get an xbox 360 already but does anyone really think the current xbox 360 title are very next gen, excpecially comparing it to xbox 1 games? I don't know because I never had an xbox. What do you think. I know graphics aren't much better unless you play on an hdtv, but just post YOUR opinion.

If you can play Project Gotham Racing 3, GRAW, NBA 2K6, Blazing Angels, Quake 4 or Oblivion and truly say that the Graphics are no better than last generations graphics.............you need to get off whatever drugs you are smoking. GRAW and Oblivion have the best graphics of any game I have ever seen. Ever.

Well right now, the Xbox 360 is the only next gen console out there. There isnt any competition, and it does have some good features like the Live service and HD-DVD capabilities. Sure the graphics may not be that great with it right now, but then again, thats not entirely the fault of microsoft. some of the blame can be shifted on the game developer.

I think the 360 is a good console, as will the PS3. As for which will kick the others ass, well we will just have to wait and see.

It is definitely far superior to the regular X-box graphically. The only game I have now is Oblivion and it seems unreal how good this game is. I'd never know this type of game was possible yet . This is defintely next gen, and also remmeber that the games WILL improve. Launch titles usually arent that good.

True that. Games later in a consoles life span always look, sound, and perform better than those in the begining.

I think only GRAW, oblivion, and elder scrolls have next gen graphics, everything else seems like it could be done for a okay computer.

No not really i dont think the graphics are for an ok computer i agree that not all games have good graphics meaniing very few but they dont have ok computer graphics

I have to agree with Everyone, almost.. While I won't agree with Helghast that the only game that's next-gen is GRAW.. I will agree with him that GRAW is an exceptionally beautiful game. All the way around. I haven't yet had the chance to play Oblivion but I have seen it's power. As far as other titles. There are definitely other titles that have far superior graphics when it comes up in the argument of graphics better than current gen, but I haven't seen an increase in the gameplay, with a few exceptions..

I think the reason I feel the way is I do is because I'm stll trying to recover from how Graw exceeded my expectations for what truely is the next generation.

That's a deep possibility because G.R.A.W is truly something amazing. Others might not think so. But I do. And this is coming from someone who was an avid Ghost Recon hater. This game brought me in, I'm expecting my copy to arrive in a day or so..

GRAW is such a great game. Beoynd what I expected it could be.
