http://www.ps3court.com/images/kaz_hirai.gifWith all of the bad press Sony has received in the last few weeks, some positive news has been found. Sony Computer Entertainment of America head Kaz Hirai has been promoted to the Executive Vice President of Sony Computer Entertainment’s Corporate Executive Group. SCE Europe’s head David Reeves has also been moved up as well.
Sony’s website announced the moves, stating "both Kazuo Hirai and David Reeves will be deeply involved in corporate strategy for the SCE Group from now on, in addition to handling business in North America and Europe."
Hirai and Reeves have both been with Sony Computer Entertainment since 1995. Reeves became SCEE's president and CEO in 2004, while Hirai has served SCEA in that capacity since 2003.
