View Full Version : Revolution mike 02-09-2006, 07:37 PM The Revolution is scheduled to be relase at about the same time as PS3 and is cheaper. Which would you buy???? giova07 02-10-2006, 08:03 PM ps3 is better shorty9cam 02-22-2006, 03:31 PM ps3 obviously... and you are asking this on a site that has ps3 in the name... giova07 02-22-2006, 04:14 PM daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa:D top_dawg 02-22-2006, 11:19 PM ps3 obviously... and you are asking this on a site that has ps3 in the name... lol I totaly agree. Mike! Look where you are!!! Revolution is nothing more then $300 paperweight!!! I shouldnt really say that though. I'm sure the Revolution will have its golden moments over other consoles. But the PS3 is my first choice. giova07 02-25-2006, 08:32 AM the only game 4 da revolution that i like is zelda reticulator 03-08-2006, 10:55 AM revolution is starting too look mighty good at only 200 dollars shorty9cam 03-08-2006, 11:35 AM i know what you mean... it will definitely have its moments... They controller is a good idea but it may not suit everyone... especially they younger audience because they might not like the realistic movements, and the younger audience is Nintendo's main target ps2freak 03-08-2006, 09:33 PM Well Nintendo can keep them. Leave the real gaming to the older market who can play online for hours at a time, and not have to worry about going to bed and school the next morning. Long Live the PlayStation! reticulator 03-09-2006, 09:12 AM yah, the nintendo is for kiddies but thats why its cheap. Kiddy stuff is cheaper giova07 03-12-2006, 01:12 PM dats why i dont want my gc anymore except for these games re4 mario kart dd an zelda twilight princess shorty9cam 03-12-2006, 06:21 PM I dont have a Gamecube... never wanted one except when Mario Strikers came out and a played it at a friends house anyways temporal_zulu 03-12-2006, 07:22 PM I gotta agree with giova07, Zelda and a select few other games would be the only reason to get one for me AA7 03-13-2006, 09:43 AM I was kinda looking forward to the Revolution but not since I saw that "controler". It might be cool for a little while but after a few hours of swinging the thing in the air like an idiot I think the magic would have worn off. shorty9cam 03-13-2006, 03:49 PM I was kinda looking forward to the Revolution but not since I saw that "controler". It might be cool for a little while but after a few hours of swinging the thing in the air like an idiot I think the magic would have worn off. yes... yes it will. I think it is more for your friends to laugh at you when you are swinging a sword around in Zelda or aiming like a gun in Metriod reticulator 03-13-2006, 04:23 PM That sword/gun controller might actually be kinda coool... If they do it right. If it was like everything you did wit hthe controller itd do in the game, thatd be tight but if only certain, limited swings worked it woldnt be as good. Personally I dont think theyll pull it off well. shorty9cam 03-13-2006, 07:22 PM Everything is cool when it works right, but that takes a lot of skill and I don't think Nintendo has had enough time to make it right. Some games will certainly shine on it. Another Animals Crossing would do well if they kept the fishing and digging and shaking apples from trees... but otherwise if its a fastpaced game i think it will lag to much AA7 03-14-2006, 04:10 AM Yeah, i really think that this Nintendo's new console will be too much of a toy to catch on. I dont think the market will take it seriously. shorty9cam 03-14-2006, 06:45 AM Yep, that sounds just about right mac10 03-15-2006, 06:21 AM If I ever have an extra 300 dollars i might buy it. shorty9cam 03-15-2006, 02:19 PM If i had an extra 300 dollars i would save up another 100 or 200 depending on where you live and buy an Xbox360 |
