yeah i hate to sound like a fool and all but wat da hell is modding? and wat are the advantages and disadvantages of it?

Yeah the PS2 is much more mod-friendly at this point. You can get cases for both the controllers and the case, mod chips, hard drive extensions, swap discs and more. Right now for the PS3 you can upgrade the HDD which requires absolutely no skill (took me 5 min) and install linux. Some people have changed the LED colors on xbox-scene and made the PS button glow but other then that I haven't seen anything. The console is too new and expensive for people to really mess around with it. I can't wait to see the modding community for the PS3 explode soon.

Soon when the console is in area ouer guys will work for that i think really the console is to expensive for now but after 4-5 months will be modified.This work very nice for PS2 and help to protect your games to scrathes and other like this.So you can copy your original game and use a Dvd-r to play on the console.
