did anyone read about that new final fantasy 7 game thats coming out on the ps2 its all about vincent valentine and it comes out in mid august it looks like its going to be a great game.

It's not a sequel or a remake, it's a stand alone adventure with just Vincent V. It's a 3rd person shooter. I think that it's supposed to take place some time after FF7.

Well, I've never played FF7, so would it make any sense to pick this game up sometime?

Well if you're into trying out games. Some FF fans would pick it up just because, you know?

But even if you haven't played FF7 that shouldn't stop you from playing this game. It's supposed to be a seperate adventure about Vincent and what happened to him in his past. If you're interested in Vincent Valentine and why he is the way he is, then you should play this game.

Hm.. well it's more or less a brainchild of Squenix, this game is. It'll be their first time trying out a shooter type genre than the traditional rpgs that they tend to make and all.

But yeah... I can't quite remember if I discarded the magazine with the preview about this game or not.. I have a tendency to read the whole magazine.. I mean I paid like $7 or so dollars.. might as well read everything right?

I just got my October PSM issue (on August 18?) and they gave it a 5.5 out of 10. They hated it, and there big FF fans.

wow im suprised i watched the trailer and some gameplay and i thought it was going to be good.

yah the game play and graphics are processor based. Its sort of computer like but with enhanced features like cell chip

uhhhh i have that game... i bought it the day it came out and it is pretty awesome...... for those of you who don't like RPG's....... this is an action game, which makes it a good compromise. i've beaten the game once and almost twice on extra hard mode and it is a challenge....:p

is it like turn left turn right kinda game and then you get to fight in tournaments and stuff I played this as well I hated it, I bought it for nothing wanna trade for a good, long game though and must be for the PC?

i haven't played it in years... vincent was the vampire, right?
