There's alot of doubt going around.. and everyone's already uneasy about Sony and it's recent....activities... People can only wait for so long you know?

Dispite the fact that people will still buy the console, the way they're doing things and the things that -I'm- hearing from people. I don't think so man..

But it's hard to say either way. I'm starting become a little skeptical myself... first of all, I'm looking at the games.. all of the games coming out to PS3 are coming out to 360.. I'm sure as hell not going to buy another console to play the same games. They only have a few exclusive titles anyways.. Usually I'd take a dive for at least one, but....

I really can't tell you. I hope, with all of my heart it is, but I have nothing to justify it. :(

I can't come up with a good reason that PS3 would stay on top. Price and delays being the major hurting points. I love to get my hands on the system as would so many others, but the price is unjustifyable for most. I can't bring myself to spend more than I pay for my house in a month on a console, regardless of it's extras. And for those who can afford to drop $600 before games and extras, the wait may lose some of them to Nintendo and Microsoft...if it hasn't already.

PS3 will sell, but not in the numbers Sony seems to think it will. I also don't think it will bomb, it may take longer for them to establish a strong player base but it will happen. My only hope is that they will see the lower than expected sales and realize that there is a price point that many people are not willing to go past no matter how great the system might be, and hopefully they'll aim a little lower for next next gen.

At this point in time I've withdrawn from the PS3 race. I'm more or less in a "wait and see" mode.

I've read today that Sony has this big thing with Xfire going on and knowing what I know about Xfire and the way it works, I'm not liking the way these things are turning out. I mean they're going to Xfire and the system is just 2 months from launch. One would think that they would have already had this stuff done and all..

I'm not sure; however, all the news I've read lately has really slowed my purchasing a PS3. I've even said it before, with each month Sony does or says something that really rubs me strangely. They're taking big gambles, but at the rate things are going, normal people can't afford to be playing into their games and what-have-you.

So... at this point in time I'm jumping off of the PS3 bandwagon. I've had faith all the way up to now, but having faith and having proof of success is two different things. I'm not liking the way they're (Sony) doing things right now so I'm going to wait.

Of course, I know that I'm not the only person in the world who's feeling like this. I can only think about how enraged those European gamers are given their current cir***stances involving the PS3.

Also, the reason that the PS2 is leading now is because it was waay out before the Xbox was at least by a year to two years. Now the tables are turned and the 360 has been out for a year prior to the PS3's shipping. Asides from that, it looks to -ME- like Sony's just throwing a bunch of stuff together to try to get their system out there before Microsoft has everything in the bag. Hopefully they have everything ready and bug free, because if they delay anywhere else or ship their system and crazy stuff happens, people are gonna be enfuriated.

I'll honestly say right now, in my opinion that I think Sony's taking a nosedive. Considering all my current homework and what I'm hearing from alot of my friends, They won't take the "lead" in the market.
