Starting Monday, GameStop and EB Games outlets will begin taking pre-orders for, reportedly, one week only. It is expected that they will cease the collection of all orders once their limit is reached, which could occur at any time.
GameStop is not accepting cash, strangely, and customers are forced to trade in at least US$50 worth of products.
The terms and conditions guarantee consoles to all customers who pre-order, however the catch is that the time in which they are received is not guaranteed.
Finally, reservations are limited to one per household.

UPDATE: apperaantly this is a test run they are doing. the deal is only avalible in hawaii for now. if it is well recieved, they bring it to all the game stops, but if not they will probably resort to a cash reserve.
