Ive had mine for about 4 years and it still works fine. I only have like 15 games for it though. I do not have any x-box systems although I admit the x-box was better than ps2 in many ways. The ps3 will still blow 360 out of the water.

I've had mine for about two and a half years now. I'm not much of a console gamer, but lately I've been hardcore getting into the PlayStation 3.

Thats cool, im mre into the PC now cause the affordable systems new games are kind of crap and the ps2 is really dated. My computer is like 5 years old and still can run better graphics than the x-box. Its been upgraded oc.

I've had mine for 3 years I believe. I got it for Christmas in 2003 with FFX. One of the best Christmas presents ever since FFX rocked my socks off.

Since launch...I had to send it in twice right away in the first few months, but ever since then it's worked like a charm

I had mine for like 3 years and then got it modded recently during the summer. I didnt really use it much except to play Ncaa football with my friends until i modded it.

probably too long same thing happened to me bought it on release and had to take it back and i didnt exchange it and found an awesome deal for 100 bucks .... the system and a controller brand new but man its starting to get to the time when u almost need a new and more high tech console .... im awaiting anxiously !!

iv had mine sinse the christmas after the launch in the US...but i moved and it didnt work so my step dad took the casing off and hundreads of peaces had fallen off inside.
wat really sucked was that my mom threw it away with my network adapter still attached:eek: :mad: :( (i had the really old system so i needed it because thats wat kind of system my step dad had, worse yet is that they sell for around $30 and i have NO way of geting monay)

Five months since getting PS2. I have Xenosaga (playing right now), DDR Supernova which is fun and good exercise, Poker All-In, NBA 2k7, Monoploy Party, and Kings of Fighters 2006. I love to get RPG Maker 3, but I hear making your own game is time consuming and would'nt you rather play a game that was made by professionals anyway?

i got mine the first christmas they came out and became a fan and so i bought the PS3

The xbox is only better because it came out after and it is made by the company that like invented video games on computer or the ability to play them

I've had mine from launch, and just recently purchased another. I never cared for the Xbox, it was never a very good system in my eyes.

I got my first one at launch. Which I got a hell of a deal off the back of a truck for
$175. It was $150 but the go between I got it from wanted $25 for transport fee but what did I care I only payed $175 I would have payed $200 for it. I was on my third one but I gave it to one of the kids down the street. He comes from a poor family and can't afford one so I gave it to him and all 15 games I had left for it.

I came across my second one which I thought I threw out because it no longer works and have decided to take it out to the shooting range when the snow finally melts here and shoot at it with my Mini 14. Don't worry I will have pictures and a video for you all to see.

My brother got his when it came out and we shared it, So yeah we have had it since a week after it came out. Now loving the ps3.

LOL I remember playing Bug's Life on PS1 in 1997 and thinking it looked just like the movie. Man, simplier times when no matter how bad the game was, you could still have fun with it. I don't think I ever beat the last level though, lol.
