All eyes were on Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots at the CES 2008 show today in Las Vegas. The new development from Konami’s and the forth in the series wowed spectators as it was used to demonstrate the power of Sony’s PlayStation 3 and Bravia line of 1080p HDTV’s.

 

30 Frames per Second were held constantly throughout the game, some times jumping to 60 frames per second depending on the action scene displayed. The title features artificial sunlight, shadows and environmental damage as Snake take the battle both indoors and outdoors

 

MGS4 is set for release in Q2 of 2008 and was confirmed to be a PS3 exclusive title.
