If you live in Europe and have yet to purchase a PS3, now is probably a better time then ever. James Armstrong, VP of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has announced a new package deal. 

 

“This Starter Pack comes at the right time, just after a successful Christmas campaign that has shown us that the Spanish public is receptive to our proposals and the innovative technology offers PS3” said Armstrong.  “This new offer will increase the number of users of Playstation 3 to enjoy its wide range of entertainment."

 

For a mere €499 (£425 in the UK), you can pick up a 40 GB console, two SIXAXIS wireless controllers, and two game titles, Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction and Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune. Although the titles attached with the purchase will vary from country to country, this new game pack is probably one of the best deals available in Europe today.
